After looking at searches per month,  (1)(2)(3)(4) had more searches than (5)(6). Of (1)(2)(3)(4), I decided to go with (3) as it contained the main word, sounded most natural, and was more clear on what the potential audience is searching for.

Step 1: Use Google Keyword Tool to find keywords for Insomnia

Step 2: Export the keywords to Excel for sorting

Step 3: Sort through and delete all keywords with less than 3,000 local searches and less than $1 average CPC
