Keyword: Insomnia
Step 1: Use Google Keyword Tool to find keywords for Insomnia
Step 2: Export the keywords to Excel for sorting
Step 3: Sort through and delete all keywords with less than 3,000 local searches and less than $1 average CPC
Step 4: Save the remaining keywords to .cvs file (167 keywords)
Step 5: Run the new keyword file through SAT (Super Affiliate Technology) software to find keywords with high QSI (Quality Score Indicator). Basically, look for keywords with high searches per month and low exact keywords search results (<50,000) and low average page rank and low sponsored links count.
